The quickest way to reach me is by email at [email protected].
I read messages myself. If you are writing about a specific page, including the URL makes it much easier for me to help.
What I can help with
- Corrections: If something is wrong, outdated, closed, renamed, moved, or otherwise needs attention, please send the page URL and the corrected information. An official source is especially helpful when you have one.
- Reader questions: Questions about a guide are useful even when I cannot answer every one individually. They often show me exactly what a page is missing.
- Something broken: Dead links, formatting problems, pages that do not load correctly, or other technical issues. Please include the page and device or browser if it matters.
- Press and partnerships: Tourism boards, destinations, cruise lines, hotels, travel brands, hosted experiences, media requests, and collaborations that genuinely fit the site.
- Permissions and copyright: Requests involving use of Ellie’s Travel Tips text, photography, branding, or other original material.
What I cannot do
I am not a travel agent, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, insurer, airline, or booking platform. I cannot make or change a reservation, process a refund, intervene with a travel company, or access someone else’s booking.
I also cannot reliably answer urgent day-of-travel questions when the answer depends on live conditions. For cruise departure times, terminal changes, all-aboard times, airline disruptions, entry requirements, weather closures, or other time-sensitive operational issues, use the relevant official provider or government source.
Corrections are genuinely welcome
Travel changes fast. A restaurant closes, a cruise line changes a policy, a terminal moves, a fare changes, a route is discontinued, or an attraction updates its hours. If you catch something before I do, I would much rather hear about it than leave an outdated detail sitting on the site.
Material corrections are handled under the Editorial Policy & Review Standards.
